매시 타워는 캐나다 온타리오 주 토론토의 새로운 단지로서, 영과 빅토리아 거리 사이의 슈터 스트리트 아래 블록에 걸쳐 지어지고 있다.[1][2][3]단지의 북동쪽 모퉁이에는 역사적인 매시 홀에 필요한 무대 뒤 공간이 많이 추가될 것이다.단지 남쪽에는 역사적인 엘긴과 윈터 가든 극장이 있다.용에 스트리트 파사드는 1987년 이후 공석이 된 영 가 197번지에 있는 1905년 캐나다 상업은행 본부를 사용할 예정이다.이 단지의 탑은 60층 높이, 높이가 208.3미터(683피트)에 이를 것이다.[4]
공터는 한때 콜로니얼 선술집으로 2015년 나무가 제거되기 전까지 용에거리극장블록파크였다.이 공원은 2007년부터 출입이 통제됐다.
그 건물의 발자국은 "S"자형이다.차량들은 3층부터 8층까지 주차될 것이다.[1][2]
이 건물의 개발자는 MOD 개발이며, 이 건물은 하리리 폰타리니 건축가에 의해 설계되었다.[1][2]그 건물은 터커 하이라이즈에 의해 건설되고 있다.

The 20,000 square foot site contains the historically designated Canadian Bank of Commerce Building, designed by Darling & Pearson Architects in 1905, and vacant since 1987. MOD plans to completely restore the four-storey portion of the bank and erect a 60-storey mixed-used development behind the historic landmark.
