건축개발당(아랍어: حزبباءءءءء,,,,, 로마자: Hizb el-Benaaa wa el-Tanmia, 대칭 건설개발당)은 이집트의 이슬람 정당이다.
알-가마아 알-이슬라미야("이슬람 그룹")에 의해 시작된 이 운동은 이 운동의 정치적 파벌로 보여진다.[3][4] 2011년 이집트 혁명에 [5]이어 2011년 6월 20일에 창당되었으며, 2011년 10월 10일 대법원이 공식 승인하였다.[6] 건설개발당은 살라피스트 알누르당이 이끄는 이집트연방('이슬람주의 블록'으로 불리는 연합('이슬람주의 블록')의 일환으로 2011~2012년 이집트 의회 선거에 참여했다.[7] 정당해산 가능성이 있는 것은 정무위원회에서 조사를 받고 있다.[8]
그 선언문에 따르면, 그 당은 샤리아의 원칙에 의해 지도되는 기관들을 가진 대의민주주의를 표방하고 있는 반면, 신정치의 어떤 형태도 거부한다. 게다가, 그것은 자유 경제를 선호하고 공공 부문의 규모에 의문을 제기한다.[9] 이 당의 계급 중에는 이집트 대통령 안와르 사다트의 암살에 연루되어 20년 가까이 수감된 압부드 알 주마르가 있다.[10]

이슬람 정당에 대한 소송
건설개발당은 2014년 11월 이집트의 형제애 반대 단체인 민중전선(Popul Front)이 '종교적 기반'으로 설립된 모든 정당을 해산하려 하자 소송의 표적이 된 11개 이슬람 정당 중 하나이다.[14] 그러나 알렉산드리아 긴급사태 법원은 2014년 11월 26일 관할권이 부족하다고 판결했다.[15]
