Anjunabeats /ænˈduunbibiːts/는 프로듀서 Jonathan "Jonathan" Grant와 Upper & Beyond의 Paavo Siljamaeki가 2000년에 시작한 영국의 음반 회사다. 처음에는 무아지경에 빠진 음악 레이블을 독점하던 Anjunabeats는 2011년경 무아지경에 빠진 집을 주로 출시하기 시작했다.[1] 안주나라는 이름은 인도 고아의 해변 이름에서 유래되었다.

역사

2000년에, 안쥬나베츠는 그랜트와 실자매키의 가명 안쥬나베츠로 발매된 제1권이라는 제목의 첫 12" 음반을 발표했다.[2] 이 레이블이 Anjunabeats라는 이름을 얻으면서, 그들은 Free State와 Dust Devil과 같은 다른 가명으로 생산하기로 결정했다. 이들은 2000년 Chakra(트랜스 듀오) 'Home'의 리믹스 협업을 요청받고 Upper & Beyond를 결성해 토니 맥가이니스가 곧 합류했다.[3]

2005년, 어버이앤비드는 메인 라벨의 무아지경에 초점을 맞추지 않는 출시를 목표로 서브 라벨 앤주나데프를 출시하여 안주나베츠 내에서도 더욱 다양성을 허용했다.[4] 3인조는 또 2000년부터 2004년까지 활동하며 하드 무아지경이나 하드하우스에 주력했던 안쥬나베츠와 안쥬나데프 트랙의 특별 리믹스와 릴리즈를 다루는 안쥬나디지탈, 하드온 레코딩 등 2개의 서브라벨을 출시했다.[5]

2017년 10월 3일, 안쥬나베츠는 비트포트와 협업을 통해 '비츠 인 스쿨(Beats In School)'이라는 제목의 제작 경연대회를 개최한다고 발표했는데, 이 대회에서는 수상자가 안쥬나베츠 아티스트와 1년 동안 멘토링을 받게 된다.[6] 캐나다 조엘 주근깨가 2018년 1월 10일 최종 20명의 대회 결승전 진출자 중 우승자로 선정됐다.[7]

2018년 3월, 안쥬나베츠는 24시간 연중무휴 라디오 방송국을 출범시켰는데, 이 라디오 방송국은 무아지경, 딥 하우스 등 자신들의 라벨 음반에 수록된 트랙을 특징으로 한다.[8]
