나비스타 7000 시리즈는 나비스타 인터내셔널의 워크스타 트럭 섀시를 기반으로 한 군사용 헤비 리프트 차량 계열로, 나비스타 디펜스가 생산한다.트럭은 다양한 휠(4×2, 4×4, 6×4, 6×6)과 엔진 구성으로 이용할 수 있다.[2]

미 육군은 2005년 아프간 국군과 이라크 국방부에 7000MV 시리즈 2900대를 주문했고 2008년에는 7000대가 추가 주문됐다.[2]

캐나다 육군은 Navistar Defense LLC Medium Logistics 트럭을 채택했었다.차량은 MSVS MilCOTS(Militarized Commercial-Off-The-Shelf) 요건을 충족한다.2015년 7월 중순 현재 MSVS SMP(표준 군사 패턴) 차량이 선정되었다.[3]2010년 6월부터 1,300대의 Navistar 부대가 MLVW 함대의 일부를 대체했다.[4]7000-MV의 민간 명칭은 Navistar 7400 SFA 6×6과 International WorkStar이다.

2012년 7월, 1500대의 MSVS SMP 트럭 주문이 취소되어 재평가되었다.[5]2015년 7월 캐나다는 맥트럭스에게 SMP 계약을 대신 수여했다.[6]맥은 2017년부터 케락스 시리즈 트럭 납품을 시작해 2018년 말까지 납품을 완료했다.[7]
