Windows Mobile 2003(원래 코드명 「Ozone」)[2]은, 단종된 모바일 operating system으로, Windows Mobile 패밀리의 멤버입니다.2003년 6월 23일에 출시되었으며 "Windows Mobile"이라고 불리는 최초의 마이크로소프트 OS였습니다.Windows CE 4.20을 기반으로 하고 있습니다.

Windows Mobile 2003에는 4가지 에디션이 있습니다.

  • Pocket PC Premium Edition용 Windows Mobile 2003
  • Pocket PC Professional Edition용 Windows Mobile 2003:Pocket PC 예산 모델에 사용되며 L2TP/IPSec VPN용 클라이언트 등 Premium Edition의 많은 기능이 없었습니다.
  • 스마트폰용 Windows Mobile 2003
  • Pocket PC Phone Edition용 Windows Mobile 2003:전화 기능을 탑재한 포켓 PC 전용 설계

특징들

통신 인터페이스는 Bluetooth 파일 전송 지원, Bluetooth 헤드셋 지원 및 Bluetooth 애드온 키보드 지원을 가능하게 하는 Bluetooth 장치 관리로 확장되었습니다.

보기, 잘라내기, 전자 메일 및 전송 지원이 있는 사진 응용 프로그램이 추가되었습니다.

멀티미디어 기능 향상에는 스트리밍 최적화 기능을 갖춘 Phone Edition 및 Windows Media Player 9.0에서 벨소리로 MIDI 파일 지원이 포함되었습니다.

Jawbreaker라는 이름의 퍼즐 게임이 사전 설치된 프로그램 중에 있었다.Games API는 플랫폼용 게임 개발을 용이하게 하기 위해 이번 릴리즈에 포함되어 있습니다.
