캐나다 통계청이 실시한 2016년 인구총조사에서 벌컨 카운티는 전체 민간주택 1616채 중 1,180채에 거주하는 3,984명의 인구를 기록, 2011년 인구 3,875채에 비해 2.8%의 변화가 있었다. 국토면적이 5,433.43km2(2,097.86평방mi)로 2016년 인구밀도가 0.7km2(1.9/sqmi)에 달했다.[2]

벌컨 카운티의 2012년 도시 인구 조사에서는 3,893명의 인구를 집계했는데,[7] 이는 2007년 도시 인구 조사 인구 3,830명보다 0.5% 증가한 것이다.[8]

2011년 인구조사에서 벌컨 카운티는 전체 주거지 1,433개 중 1,104개 지역에 3,875명의 인구가 거주하고 있었으며, 이는 2006년 인구 3,718명보다 4.2% 증가한 수치다. 면적 5,429.5 km2 (2,096.3 sq mi)로 2011년에는 인구 밀도가 0.7/km2 (1.8/sq mi)이었다.[9]
