뉴웰 군(County of Newell)은 캐나다 알버타 남부에 있는 시가지다. 인구조사과 2에 위치하고 있으며, 시의 사무실은 브룩스 시의 남쪽에 위치해 있다.
역사
1953년 1월 1일 뉴웰 28번 시가지와 보우밸리 40번 시가지 일부의 합병을 통해 뉴웰 4번 군으로 편입되었다. 2011년 9월 9일 뉴웰 군으로 명칭이 변경되었다.[3]

뉴웰 카운티의 2020년 도시 인구 조사에 따르면 인구는 7,502명이다.[7]
캐나다 통계청이 실시한 2016년 인구총조사에서 뉴웰 카운티는 전체 민간주택 2,627채 중 2,412채에 거주하는 7,524명의 인구를 기록, 2011년 인구 7,138채에 비해 5.4%의 변화가 있었다. 국토면적이 5,904.67km2(2,279.81평방mi)로 2016년 인구밀도가 1.3km2(3.3/sqmi)에 달했다.[2]
2011년 인구조사에서 뉴웰 카운티는 전체 주택 2,480채 중 2,220채에 6,786명의 인구가 살고 있었는데, 이는 2006년 인구 6,852채에 비해 -1%의 변화였다. 대지 면적 5,904.72km2(2,279.83평방mi)로 2011년 인구밀도가 1.1km2(3.0/sqmi)에 달했다.[8] 2013년 틸리 마을 해산에 이어 캐나다 통계청은 뉴웰 카운티를 2011년 인구보다 352명 늘어난 7,138명으로 조정했다.[9]
