슈퍼봇 엔터테인먼트(옛 브로드웍스)는 샌타 모니카 스튜디오에서 함께 일했던 섀넌 스터드스틸과 박찬호가 2009년 설립한 미국의 독립 비디오 게임 회사다.[1][2]캘리포니아주 컬버시티에 본사를 둔 이 스튜디오는 2012년 11월 20일 북미에서, 2012년 11월 21일 유럽에서는 2012년 11월 22일, 호주에서는 2012년 11월 23일, 일본에서는 2013년 1월 31일 그들의 격투 게임 플레이스테이션 올스타즈 배틀 로얄을 발매했다.[3]2014년 이후 암흑기를 맞은 이 회사는 소멸된 것으로 평가된다.

회사 개요

이 회사는 2009년 소니 컴퓨터 엔터테인먼트에 의해 설립되었다.2011년 초, 이 스튜디오는 PlayStation 3의 예고 없이 "콤바트 헤비" 멀티플레이어 타이틀을 만들고 있다고 발표되었다.[4]2012년 4월 세계 대부분 지역에서 2012년 11월 출시한 플레이스테이션 올스타즈 배틀로얄이라는 게임 제목이 공개되기도 했다.[5]소니컴퓨터엔터테인먼트는 플레이스테이션 올스타즈 배틀로얄 출시 이후 2013년 2월 판매부진으로 회사와의 인연을 끊었다.[6][7]슈퍼봇 엔터테인먼트는 2013년에 Cuddlefish Friends를 출시하면서 모바일 개발로 나아갔다.[8]슈퍼봇의 웹사이트는 2014년[9] 오프라인이 되었고, 2014년 2월 5일 커들피쉬 프렌즈 후속편에서 열심히 일한다는 게시물이 발표되지 않아 그들의 소셜 미디어는 어두워졌다.[10]
