두개골 측두골의 스타일로이드와 유양돌기 사이의 구멍이다.안면관의 종단으로 안면신경과 안면유두동맥을 전달합니다.안면신경염이 벨의 마비를 일으킬 수 있다.

구조.

스타일러미스토이드공은 측두골의 스타일로이드와 유축돌기 사이에 있다.성인의 경우 스타일러스토이드 개구부와 스타일로이드 과정 사이의 평균 거리는 약 0.7mm 또는 0.8mm이지만,[1] 노화 중에는 약 0.2mm로 감소할 수 있다.

안면신경과 [2][3]안면동맥을 [3]전달하는 문양골공입니다.이 2개의 구조물은 [3]서로 바로 옆에 있습니다.

임상적 의의

벨의 마비는 두개골이 문골공에 있는 안면신경의 염증으로 인해 발생할 수 있다.벨의 마비 환자들은 환부에 얼굴을 처뜨린 채 나타난다.
