The Convention for the Lease of the Liaotung Peninsula (Chinese: 旅大租地條約; Russian: Русско-китайская конвенция), also known as the Pavlov Agreement, is a treaty signed between Alexander Pavlov of the Russian Empire and Li Hongzhang of the Qing dynasty of China on 27 March 1898. 이 조약은 러시아에 아서항(Lüshun)의 임대를 허가하고, 러시아 철도가 중국동부철도(CER)의 한 지점에서 항구(남만주 철도의 연공)로 연장되는 것을 허용했다.
