2011년 인구조사에서 성(聖)의 R.M.루이 431호는 969명으로 2006년 인구 1130명보다 -14.2%의 변화를 기록했다.대지 면적 790.93km2(305.38sqmi)로 2011년 인구밀도가 1.2km2(3.2/sqmi)에 달했다.[8]
