쿨리 136번(2016년 인구: 563명)의 농촌 시군은 인구조사 7과 3과 3과 내의 캐나다 사스카체완 주에 있는 농촌 시(RM)이다. RM은 도내 남서부에 위치하며, 급류 시의 남동쪽에 위치한다.

캐나다 통계청이 실시한 2016년 인구총조사에서 쿠리 번호 136의 RM은 전체 민간 주거지 205개 중 183개 지역에 거주하는 563명의 인구를 기록했는데, 이는 2011년 인구 582개에서 -3.3%의 변화였다. 국토면적이 843.69km2(325.75평방mi)로 2016년 인구밀도가 0.7km2/km(1.7/sqmi)에 달했다.[4]
