페로테 포켓 고퍼[3](Cratogeomys perotensis) 또는 코프레 드 페로테 포켓 고퍼(Cofre de Perote pocket gopher)는 게오미과과에 속하는 포켓 고퍼의 일종이다.[4]

범위

멕시코의 고유 지역인 남부 힐달고에서부터 푸에블라와 베라크루즈를 거쳐 코프레 데 페로테와 피코 데 오리자바의 화산 지형에 이르기까지 산에서 발견된다.[1][2]

설명

이 설치류는 연한 갈색에서 진한 갈색으로 무게가 400~650g이며 수컷은 약간 더 크다.꼬리 밑단 부근에는 대개 작은 흰 부분이 있다.[5]그것의 카리오타입은 2n = 38, FN = 72이다.[4]

해비타트

2400~4000m 고도에서 자카톤 초원과 온대 소나무 오악 삼림에서 서식한다.[1]

분류학사

처음에 1895년에 종으로 묘사된 [2]C. 페로텐시스는 1968년에 C. 메리아미의 아종으로 강등되었다.[6][7]2005년 분자, 염색체, 형태론적 문자에서 구별되는 것이 발견되었을 때 다시 분리되었다.[4]이전에 제안된 택사 C. 에스토르(Merriam, 1895), C. merriami irrolonis(넬슨과 골드만, 1934), C. irolonis(Davis, 1944), C. merriami peraltus(골드만, 1937)를 소급하며, C. castanastanops 종족에 속한다.[4]

보존상태

2만 km2 미만의 면적을 차지하고 있지만, C. 과로텐시스는 흔한 것으로 생각되어 위협적인 것으로 여겨지지 않는다.[1]
