Kerb crawler

커브 크롤러(또는 연석 크롤러)는 매춘부들에게 성행위를 권유하는 것으로 알려진 지역을 운전하는 사람이다. 이 행위는 "커브 기어다니는" 것으로 알려져 있는데, 그 이유는 그 사람이 일반적으로 커브 옆을 따라 매우 천천히 운전하기 때문이다.

매춘이 불법인 경우, 연립크롤러는 공공의 골칫거리로 여겨지는데, 이는 길거리 매춘부들을 적색광구에서 장사하도록 돕고, 매춘부가 아닌 보행자들에게 성행위를 권유하는 경우가 많다. 그 결과, 많은 관할권에서는 교묘한 속임수가 불법이다.

잠복 경찰이 케브 크롤러가 제안하기를 기다리는 스팅 작전은 케브 크롤러와 싸우는 일반적인 방법이다.[1] 케르브 [2][3]기어는 캐나다, 영국, 미국,[4] 한국[5], 인도에서 불법이다.[6] 경찰은 또한 연석이 기어다니는 것으로 보이는 차량의 번호판 번호를 수집할 수 있으며 등록된 소유주와 접촉할 수도 있다.

1984년 형법개정위원회 보고서 '길 위의 매춘'의 권고에 따라 1985년 영국의 성범죄법은 매춘을 목적으로 여성을 끈질기게 간청하기 위해 기어 다니는 범죄를 도입했다.[7][8] 2009년[9] 「경찰 및 범죄법」은 2003년[10] 「성범죄법」을 개정하여 범죄를 재정의하고 「지속」의 요건을 없앴다. 범법자들은 운전 자격을 상실하고 차를 압수할 수 있다.[3] Kerb Crawler 재활 프로그램(KCRP)은 Leeds와 같은 일부 분야에 도입되었지만, 이러한 프로그램들은 일부에[11] 의해 비판받고 있다.
