카파 피시디스(Kappa Pixidis)는 κ 피시디스(Pixidis)에서 라틴어로 표기된 항성으로,[8] 피시스(Pixis)의 남쪽 별자리에 있는 단일 주황색 후스 항성이다.육안으로는 가시적 크기가 +4.62인 희미한 빛의 지점으로 볼 수 있다.[2]이 별은 시차(parallax)를 기준으로 태양으로부터 약 520광년에 위치하지만 방사상 속도 -45km[5]/s로 더 가까이 표류하고 있으며 약 260만년 후 308광년 가까이 올 수 있다.태양에 비해 53.7km/s의 속도로 우주를 통과해 이동하고 있으며, 0[2].68의 큰 편심률로 은하계를 통과하는 궤도를 따라가고 있다.
K4의 등급이 현란한 고령의 거인이다.III,[3] 핵에 있는 수소의 공급을 소진하고 나서 팽창하고 냉각했다.현재 그것은 태양의 67배[1] 반경을 가지고 있다.8.5일의 기간에 걸쳐 시각적 규모 0.0058의 밝기를 변화시키는 불확실한 유형의 가변별이다.[9]이 별은 3,931 K의 유효 온도에서 부풀어 오른 광구에서 태양의 927배의 광도를 발산한다.[6] 진도 10의 시각적 동반자는 2.1 아초의 각이 분리되어 있다.[10]
