히테라(중국어: 海能达; 이전 HYT; SZSE: 002583)는 중국의 무선 송수신기 및 무선 시스템 제조업체다.이 기업은 1993년 광둥성 선전(Shenzhen)에서 설립돼 글로벌 기반으로 운영되고 있다.히테라의 제품들에는 해당 무선 트랜스시버뿐만 아니라 DMR, TETRA, LTE, MPT-1327 표준에 부합하는 무선 시스템과 무선 솔루션이 있다.하이테라는 중국 공공안전단체들을 위해 고안된 PDT 표준에 크게 기여하고 있다.[2]이 회사는 중국 공안부의 주요 공급처다.[3]

이 회사는 모토로라 솔루션스와 진행 중인 지적재산권 소송에서 원고뿐 아니라 피고인이다.[4][5][6]히테라는 모토로라 솔루션스를 상대로 한 독점금지 소송의 원고이기도 하다.[7]2022년 2월, 하이테라는 기술 절도 혐의로 미국 일리노이주 북부지방법원에서 형사 기소되었다.[8]

히테라 아메리카 주식회사

2007년 6월, 하이테라는 현재 플로리다 미라마에 위치한 하이테라 아메리카 주식회사로 알려진 마케트로닉스 코퍼레이션을 인수했다.2019년 국가 안보와 인권 우려로 미국 연방기관과 거래하지 말라는 2019년 국방수권법(NDAA)[9] 금지 대상에 하이테라와 화웨이 등 중국계 기업 몇 곳이 올랐다.[10][11][12]

2020년 5월 27일 히테라 아메리카와 히테라 아메리카(웨스트)는 모토로라솔루션즈가 제기한 진행 중인 소송과 COVID-19 대유행의 영향을 이유로 11장 파산을 신청했다.[13]

2021년 1월 12일, 미국 하이테라의 새로운 자회사인 하이테라 US 주식회사가 법정 절차에 따라 설립되어 사업을 공식적으로 운영하기 시작했다.[7]

2021년 3월 연방통신위원회는 하이테라 비디오 감시 및 통신 서비스와 장비가 "미국의 국가 안보에 용납할 수 없는 위험을 초래한다"[14]고 선언했다.

BIK 모빌펑크 Gmbh

독일 기업 BIK모빌펑크gmbH는 1980년 엔지니어링 회사로 설립돼 이르면 1988년 로데&슈바르츠에 흡수됐다.[15]그 회사는 독일에서 첫 TETRA 시스템을 가동했다.[16]기업은 주로 TETRA 표준에 따라 중계 무선 시스템의 개발 및 구현을 다룬다.2011년 TETRA 부서는 하이테라 커뮤니케이션에 매각되었다.Ltd.[15]
