헥터 맥퀸

헥터 루이스 맥퀸 CBE FBA FRSE (1956년 출생)는 스코틀랜드의 학자로서 스코틀랜드의 법률 및 법률사학의 원로 학자로 스코틀랜드 법률위원회 위원 출신이다. 그는 에든버러[1] 대학교의 사립법학 교수로 법학부 학장을 역임했다. 스코틀랜드의 표준 텍스트 글루아그 & 헨더슨 법전 11판, 12판, 13판, 14판 등 스코틀랜드 법률 및 법률사에 관한 다수의 저술, 공동저자, 편집자로 있으며, 스테어 소사이어티 문학부장 출신이다. 플로리다 주, Stetson University College of Law-way, 지명도로. 그는 현재 JKLH가 후원하는 프로젝트인 '중세 스코틀랜드의 역설, 1093-1286'의 국제자문단 소속이다. 1995년에 그는 에든버러 왕립 협회의 회원이 되었다.[2]
그는 법률 장학금을 위한 봉사활동으로 2019년 생일 영예의 대영제국 훈장(CBE)에 임명되었다.[3]
