고울링 WLG 인터내셔널 리미티드(Gowling WLG International Limited)는 보증이 제한된 영국 기업으로, 고울링 WLG(캐나다) LLP와 고울링 WLG(영국) LLP의 2개 유한책임파트너십이 회원으로 가입되어 있다. 법률 서비스는 두 파트너십에 의해 제공되며, 재정적으로 별개다.[5] 이 구조는 몇몇 다른 주요 국제 로펌들이 사용하는 스위스 베레인 구조와 비슷하다.[6]
