아슨스 그룹의 자회사인 아슨스 사무라이커스는 맨체스터에서 북서쪽으로 약 24km 떨어진 잉글랜드 북서부 그레이터 맨체스터 볼튼 마을에 본사를 둔 영국의 로펌이었다.

에이슨스는 최근 임란앤캄란 아크람이 사업을 떠나는 등 법무법인 규제당국(SRA)이 개입해 전 재산을 관리하면서 가족들에 의해 해산됐다.[5] TUPE가 코프스 로 알려진 이르판 아크람 형제가 설립한 로펌에 파견한 대체사업구조(ABS)도 개입해 2017년 6월 23일부로 거래를 중단했다.[6]

그 회사는 약 84명의 직원을 고용했다. 2014년 매출액은 약 1,350만 파운드로 전년보다 40% 증가했다.[7] Asons는 볼튼 시내 중심가에서 가장 큰 고용주였다.[8]

역사

애슨스 사무엘리터스는 임란과 캄란 아크람 형제가 2008년 단 3명의 직원만으로 개조한 테라스하우스에서 5년 만에 300여 명으로 일하는 가족 경영 회사였다.[9] 그것은 영국 전역의 고객들에게 법률 서비스를 제공했다. 아손스는 2014년 동생 빌랄 아크람이 컴플라이언스 이사로 합류했다.
