Energy in Kyrgyzstan

키르기스스탄의 2019년 총 1차 에너지 공급(TPES)은 168PJ이며, 이 중 37%는 석유, 30%는 수력, 26%는 [1]석탄에서 공급된다.총 발전량은 13.9TWh(50PJ)였으며,[1] 이 중 92%는 국내에서 유일하게 중요한 재생 에너지원인 수력 발전에서 나왔다.

수력전기는 모두 나린강에 있는 7개의 대형 수력발전소와 12개의 소형 수력발전소에서 생산되며, 총 설치 용량은 3.[2][3]07GW이다.키르기스 정부는 Kambar-Ata-1, Upper Naryn 캐스케이드, Suusamyr-Kökömeren 캐스케이드, Kazarman [4][5]캐스케이드 등 4개 주요 사업으로 수력 발전 능력을 4.6GW 확장할 계획이다.
