Telex Communications(원래 Telex Corporation)는 미네소타주 번즈빌에 본사를 둔 보청기 및 오디오 기기 제조업체입니다.1936년 보청기 제조업체로 설립된 이 회사는 1960년대 컴퓨터 주변기기 사업에 뛰어들었다.Telex Communications는 1970년대에 Telex Corp의 자회사로 구성되었습니다.Telex Corp.는 1988년에 Memorex에 인수되어 Memorex Telex NV로 이름이 변경되었습니다.Telex Corp.의 보청기 부문은 이후 1989년 독립 회사인 Telex Communications로 분사되었다.Memorex는 Telex Corp.의 주변기기 사업을 유지하였다.

1998년 2월에 Telex Communications는 Electro-Voice와 합병했습니다.

2006년 8월, 이 회사는 4억 [1]2천만 달러에 독일의 Bosch Group에 인수되어 "Bosch Communications Systems"[2][3]라는 이름으로 사업부가 되었습니다.

회장 중 한 명인 로저 휠러는 1981년 오클라호마 툴사에 있는 서던 힐스 컨트리 클럽에서 윈터 힐 갱에 의해 살해당했다.
