비용적 여유(costal arch)라고도 하는 비용적 여유([1]costal arch)는 늑골 케이지의 하단 가장자리에 의해 형성된 가슴의 하단 가장자리(흉곽)이다.
구조
비용 마진은 일곱 번째에서 열 번째 갈비뼈의 장바구니에 의해 형성된 내적 마진이다.그것은 흉골의 마뉴브룸과 시포이드 공정에 부착된다.[2]
비용각은 그들이 흉골에 결합하는 왼쪽과 오른쪽 비용 여유 사이의 각이다.[2]
함수
비용적 여유는 간과 같은 높은 복부 장기를 어느 정도 보호한다.[4][5]
임상적 유의성
비용적 여유는 미세조직을 치료하는 것과 같이 신체의 다른 곳에서 사용하기 위한 연골조직 수확에 사용될 수 있다.[4]
다른 복부 장기는 몸의 오른쪽에 있는 간처럼 비용적 여유 바로 아래에 팔릴 수도 있다.[5]
원가의 마진을 가로지르는 통증은 가장 일반적으로 원가의존염에 의해 발생한다.[6]
후버의 부호, 비용마진 역설이라고도 하는 비용역설이 증가하기보다는 영감에 따라 비용각이 감소하는 신호로 만성폐쇄성폐질환을 나타낸다.[2]
