행정 서비스 위원회(영국)
Civil Service Commission (United Kingdom)중앙인사위원회는 영국공무원 채용을 규제하여 공정한 공개경쟁을 거쳐 임용에 공로가 있음을 보장하고, 공무원법 상 항소를 듣는다. 위원회는 정부 및 공무원과는 독립적이다.
공무원위원회는 1855년[1] 5월 21일 북코트-의 발행에 이어 글래드스톤이 의회 명령을 통해 설립하였다.찰스 트레블리언과 스태포드 노스코트가 작성한 트레블리안 보고서(Trevelyan Reports by Charles Trevelyan and Stepord Northcote)는 공무원들의 공정성을 보장하기 위해 고위 공무원들을 장관에서 임명 해제하는 것을 주창했다.[2]
공적 생활 표준 위원회의 보고에 이어, 「집행자 내의 경계 정의: 2003년 '장관, 특별보좌관, 상임이사국'에서 제1대 민원실장을 임명한 것은 정부가 제1야당 지도부와 협의를 거쳐 이뤄진다.[3] 그리고 그들은 왕실의 특권 아래 여왕에 의해 임명된다.[4] 제1민원위원은 5년의 기간을 정하여 임명하되, 필요한 경우 다른 청장이 임시 제1청장을 겸임할 수 있다.
