중국 암흑 물질 실험
China Dark Matter Experiment중국 암흑물질 실험(CDEX)은 중국 시진핑 지하연구소에서 암흑물질 WIMP 입자를 검색한 것이다.[1][2]CDEX는 CJPL에서 처음 개최된 실험으로, 실험실 공사가 완료된 같은 달인 2010년 6월에 방패 공사를 시작하여 12월 12일에 CJPL의 공식 개장을 앞두고 있다.[3]: 154
CDEX는 CoGeNT 실험과 유사하게 NaI(Tl) 결정으로 둘러싸인 p형 점 접촉 게르마늄 검출기를 가지고 있다.CDEX-0 프로토타입은 검출기 질량이 약 1kg인 현재의 CDEX-1 검출기를 개발하는 데 사용되었다.향후 계획에는 CDEX-10 및 CDEX-1T로의 확장이 포함된다.
CDEX-1은 2013년에 처음 낮은 질량 결과를 보였으며 2014년에 WIMP 질량 6–20 GeV에 대한 한계를 발표했다.[4]
