Canagasabapathy Visuvalingam Vigneswaran, PC (Tamil: கனகசபாபதி விசுவலிங்கம் விக்னேஸ்வரன், romanized: Kaṉakacapāpati Vicuvaliṅkam Vikṉēsvaraṉ; Sinhala: කනකසභාපති විශ්වලිංගම් විග්නේෂ්වරන්; born 23 October 1939) is a Sri Lankan Tamil lawyer, judge, politician and Member of Parliament.[1] 비그네스워런은 15년 이상 법률을 시행한 뒤 25년간 사법부의 일원으로 활동했다. 그는 지방법원, 고등법원, 상고법원, 대법원의 판사였다. 2013년 10월부터 2018년 10월까지 북부청장을 지냈다. 그는 2020년 8월 스리랑카 의회에 선출되었다. 비그네스워란(Vigneswaran)은 타밀인민동맹과 타밀국민민족동맹의 지도자다.

어린 시절과 가족

비그네스워란은 1939년 10월 23일 실론의 수도 콜롬보 헐프트스도르프에서 태어났다.[1][2] 그의 부모님은 실론 북부의 마니파이에 태어났고 그는 두 명의 자매를 가지고 있었다.[2][3] 그의 아버지 카나가사바파티는 전국 각지에서 근무한 공무원이었다.[2][3] 비그네스워란의 할아버지는 정치가 P. 라마나단과 P의 사촌이었다. 아루나찰람.[2]

법

정치

비그네스워런은 2015년 11월 유엔사만타파워 주재 미국 대사를 만난다.

비그네스워란과 TNA 지도부의 관계는 그 후 악화되었다.[30][31] 2015년 12월, 그는 스리랑카 타밀스에 영향을 미치는 문제들을 강조하는 포럼인 새로 구성된 타밀 인민회의(TPC)의 지도자가 되었다.[32][33] TPC는 시민사회단체, 종교지도자, 학계, 정당 등이 참여했는데, TNA의 정치성이나 대안이 아니라고 주장했다.[34][35] 비그네스워런은 총리직을 그만둔 다음 날인 2018년 10월 24일 새로운 정치동맹인 타밀국민연합(TPA, 타미즈 막칼 쿠타니)을 결성했다고 발표했다.[36][37]

2020년 2월 TPA는 타밀국민국민연합(TPNA, 타미즈 막칼 테시야 쿠타니) 선거연대를 결성하기 위해 다른 3개 정당과 연합하여 국회의원 선거에 입후보했다.[38][39] 비그네스와란은 그 동맹의 지도자가 되었다.[40][41] 그는 자프나 지구에서 TPNA의 후보 중 한 명으로 2020년 국회의원 선거에 출마하여 국회의원에 당선되었다.[42][43][44]
