2020년 11월 21일 마약 단속국은 바르티의 주거지에서 수색을 실시하여 86.5g의 대마초를 회수했습니다.그녀와 그녀의 남편은 심문을 받기 위해 연행되었고 그들은 후에 지국에 의해 체포되었습니다.[15][16][17]그녀와 그녀의 남편은 2일간의 심문 끝에 2020년 11월 23일 보석을 허가받았습니다.[18]
