베이 21(Bay 21)은 코타키나발루의 리카스 베이 근처에 위치한 베이 21 콘도미니엄과 베이 21 TOO로 구성된 두 개의 콘도 건물이다.[2]베이21 콘도미니엄 1동은 30층(117.68m)으로, 베이21 TOO는 26층 규모로 395제곱피트에서 1248제곱피트에 이르는 연면적 286채 규모다.[1]21번 베이는 건축가 로수인이 설계했다.[3]
