아서 시메온(Arthur Simeon)은 캐나다 온타리오 주 토론토에 기반을 둔 스탠드업 코미디언이다.1983년[1] 11월 14일 우간다 캄팔라에서 태어나 1996년부터 2001년 사이에 명문 남량고대학에 다녔다.2001년 가을, 시메온은 온타리오 주 피터버러에 있는 대학에 다니기 위해 캐나다로 이주했다.[2]
