데뷔전

다른 네 명의 플레디스 보이즈와 함께, 아론은 2012년 보이 밴드 뉴이스트에서 서브 보컬로 데뷔했습니다.2013년 4월 8일부터 2015년 4월 19일까지 아리랑 라디오의 뮤직 액세스 라디오 프로그램을 진행했습니다.[3]2014년에는 채드 퓨처의 노래 "Got it Duided Out"에 게스트 아티스트로 출연했습니다.[11][12]2015년 8월 14일부터 2016년 4월 24일까지 SBS PopAsia에서 라디오 프로그램 아론의 행아웃을 진행했습니다.[13][14]

2017년부터 2018년까지 아론은 당시 워너원과 단독으로 활동하던 민현이 빠진 상황에서 다른 뉴이스트 멤버들과 함께 서브그룹 뉴이스트W로 활동했습니다.[15]그 그룹의 활동 동안, 그는 그의 솔로곡인 "Good Love"와 "Wi-Fi"의 가사를 썼습니다.[16][17]그는 레이나의 노래 "Loop"에 게스트 아티스트로 출연하기도 했습니다.[18]

2022년 ~ 현재 : 솔로 활동

2022년 3월 21일, 아론은 대한민국의 방송인 조엘 레인과 함께 코리안 카우보이스라는 제목의 팟캐스트를 진행한다고 발표했습니다.[22]

아론은 2022년 5월 라이프스타일 채널 리얼코리아5 시즌 2의 호스트로 소개되었습니다.같은 달, 아론은 팬들과 함께 자신의 30번째 생일을 축하하기 위해 연세대학교 백주년 기념관에서 첫 단독 팬미팅을 열었습니다.

2022년 7월, 아론은 아리랑 TV 토크쇼 애프터스쿨 클럽의 공동 진행자가 되었습니다.

2022년 11월, 아론은 원더월의 "Fromm"을 통해 개인 메시지 서비스를 시작했습니다.
