"Angelito"는 "Shorty" (Randy), "Down"(Rakim & Ken-Y), "Todo Tiene Final"(아르칸젤)과 같이 레게톤 역사상 가장 주제적인 노래 중 하나이다.이 노래의 의미는 '천사'는 복수를 위해 에이즈에 걸린 소녀로, 죽음이라는 낯선 사람과 섹스를 한다는 것이다.노래가 끝나자 소녀는 마침내 죽는다.그리고 어린 DON ORMA가 있는 아기가 있어서 그는 더 나이가 들었을 때 이것을 기억한다.
