2011년 인구조사에서 앨리스 비치 리조트 빌리지의 인구는 45명으로 2006년 인구 68명보다 -33.8%가 증가했다. 국토면적이 0.71km2(0.27sq mi)로 2011년 인구밀도가 63.4/km2(164.2/sq mi)에 달했다.[7]

앨리스 비치 리조트 빌리지(Resort Village of Alice Beach)는 매월 넷째 주 월요일에 만나는 선출직 시의회와 임명직 행정관이 관할한다.[3] 시장은 로널드 지글러(Ronald Ziegler), 행정관은 달린 만(Darlene Mann)이다.[3]
