캐나다 통계청이 실시한 2016년 인구총조사에서 에코베이 리조트빌리지의 전체 민간주거 143개 중 20개 지역에 거주하는 40명의 인구를 기록해 2011년 인구 38개에서 5.3%의 변화를 보였다.국토면적이 0.8km2(0.31sqmi)로 2016년 인구밀도가 50.0/km2(129.5/sqmi)로 나타났다.[4]

2011년 인구총조사에서 에코베이 리조트빌리지의 인구는 38명으로 2006년 인구 77명보다 -50.6% 증가했다.대지 면적 0.8km2(0.31sq mi)로 2011년 인구밀도가 47.5km/km2(123.0/sq mi)에 달했다.[7]

에코 베이 리조트 빌리지에는 매월 둘째 주 토요일에 만나는 선출직 시의회와 임명직 행정관이 관리한다.[3]시장은 조 틴달이고 행정관은 타라 부에커트다.[3]
