2020-21 전국 T20컵은 파키스탄에서 열린 2020 국내 크리켓 대회였다.[2] 전국 T20컵 17번째 시즌으로 2020년 9월 30일에 시작해 2020년 10월 18일에 막을 내렸다.[3][4] 북부 크리켓 팀이 디펜딩 챔피언이었다.[5][6] 시즌은 18경기에서 33경기로 증가하면서 포맷이 확장되었다.[7] 2020년 7월 파키스탄 크리켓 보드(PCB)는 경기가 물탄이나 라왈핀디에서 열릴 것이라고 발표했다.[8] 2020년 8월 라왈핀디에서 마지막 다리가 열리는 등 1차전이 물탄에서 열리는 것으로 확정됐다.[9]
대회 개막일 중앙 펀자브의 압둘라 샤피크가 데뷔전에서 한 세기를 득점했다. 그는 인도의 시밤밤브리 다음으로 T20과 1급 데뷔전에서 모두 한 세기를 기록한 두 번째 크리켓 선수가 되었다.[10] 키버 파쿤화의 볼링 선수 샤힌 아프리디는 발로치스탄전 5/20,[11] 신드전 5/21로 4경기에서 5위켓 훌 2개를 잡았다.[12] 몰탄전 종료에 이어 노던은 5전 전승을 거두며 대회를 이끌었다.[13] T20 크리켓에서도 10연패를 기록해 라호르 라이온즈의 기록과 같은 성적을 거뒀다.[14]
라왈핀디에서 열린 첫 경기에서 노던의 연승은 센트럴 펀자브에 패한 뒤 끝이 났다.[15] 다음 경기에서는 쿠슈딜 샤가 35개의 공으로 그렇게 하면서 파키스탄의 한 타자가 2020년 경기에서 가장 빠른 세기를 기록했다.[16] 2020년 10월 10일 쇼이브 말리크는 키베르 파쿤화와의 발로치스탄과의 경기에서 2020 크리켓에서 1만 점을 기록한 최초의 파키스탄 타자가 되었다.[17][18] 2020년 10월 12일 발로치스탄전 당시 센트럴 펀자브의 주장 바바르 아잠은 27회 만에 이 대회 1000득점을 기록한 가장 빠른 배트맨이 됐다.[19] 다음날 센트럴 펀자브에서 뛰고 있는 캄란 아크말은 2020 크리켓에서 100번의 유세에 영향을 준 최초의 위켓 키퍼가 되었다.[20]
노던은 2020년 10월 11일 남 펀자브를 5점 차로 꺾고 첫 7경기부터 6승을 거두고 대회 4강에 진출한 첫 팀이 됐다.[21][22] 2020년 10월 14일 열린 1차전이 끝난 뒤 카이버 파쿤화와 신드도 4강 진출권을 따냈다.[23] 2020년 10월 16일 남부 펀자브는 발로치스탄을 7위킷으로 꺾은 뒤 [24]4번째이자 최종 4강에 오른 팀이 됐다.[25] 이 고정장치는 또한 20년 동안의 경력에 이어 크리켓에서 은퇴한 [26]우마르 굴이 치른 마지막 프로 경기였다.[27]
첫 준결승에서 남방 펀자브는 북방팀을 7개 차로 꺾고 대회 결승에 진출했다.[28] 두 번째 준결승에서는 키버 파쿤화가 신드를 8개의 위켓으로 꺾고 토너먼트 결승에서 남 펀자브에 합류했다.[29] 결승에서는 카이버 파쿤화가 남부 펀자브를 10점 차로 꺾고 우승했다.[30]

2020년 9월 9일, PCB는 이 대회를 위한 모든 선수단을 확정했다.[31][32] 중앙 펀자브 크리켓 선수 살만 버트는 팀의 첫 번째 XI에서 강등된 후, 이 대회에 참가하는 것을 거부했다.[33] 이후 2020년 9월 신드의 럼만 라에스가 척추 부상으로 출전하지 못하게 됐고 굴람 무다사르가 교체 선수로 이름을 올렸다.[34] 센트럴 펀잡의 선수단에서 알리 샨은 체력 문제로 인해 Multan 경기에 출전하지 못하게 된 Faheem Ashraf를 교체했다. 모하마드 이스마일은 북부 선수단의 이마드 와심 대신 물탄에서 경기를 치렀다.[35]
라왈핀디에서의 경기를 앞두고, 세 팀은 각각의 두 번째 XI 선수단에서 경기하는 선수들을 선발하면서 그들의 팀에 변화를 주었다. 발로치스탄은 임란 파르하트를 대신한 압둘 반갈자이를 추가했다. 중앙 펀자브는 빌랄 아시프를 무함마드 아크라크로 대체했다. 남부 펀자브도 소속팀을 변경했다. 빌라왈 바티, 모하마드 이르판, 라하트 알리가 빠졌고 딜바르 후세인, 모하마드 임란, 자인 아바스 등이 포함됐다.[36] 2020년 10월 10일, 나셈 샤는 사타구니 부상으로 중앙 펀자브 선수단에서 물러났고, 와카스 맥수드로 교체되었다.[37] 2020년 10월 14일 발로치스탄은 우메이드 아시프와 아키프 자베드가 각각 아크타르 샤와 타지마 왈리로 교체되는 등 두 차례 선수단을 변경했다.[38]
