휘트니 빌류(Witney Bilyeu)는 텍사스 출신의 미국 정치인, 교육자, 부동산 중개인으로, 자유당(Libertarian National Committee)의 통치기구인 자유당(Libertarian National Committee)의 21대 겸 현 위원장이다.그녀는 조 비숍-헨치만의 사임으로 생긴 빈자리를 채우기 위해 2021년 7월 12일에 선출되었다.[8]그녀는 그 직책을 맡은 네 번째 여성이다.[9]그녀는 또한 2020년 8월 2일부터 텍사스 자유당 의장을 맡았으며,[10] 텍사스주 공직에 세 차례 출마했다.

빌류 회장은 2021년 8월 29일 로라 에브케(Laura Ebke) 아태지역 의원이 8월 27일 도입한 캐린 앤 할로스 장관 직무정지 신청이 특별고시 기간 없이 진행될 수 있다고 판결해 6월 22일 할로스 직무정지 신청이 1인당 5일이라는 기존 결정을 뒤집었다.정지 [11][12]동작으로모엘만은 이미 6월 20일 할로스의 질서를 문란하게 하는 이전의 동의안을 다른 이유로 판결한 바 있다.[13][14]9월 5일, 빌류는 에베케의 중지 동의안에 찬성표를 던졌고, 이는 성공적이었다.[15]
