투표용지 접속 뉴스는 미국 캘리포니아주 샌프란시스코의 리처드 윙거가 편집하고 발행하는 미국 기반의 웹사이트와 월간 온라인 및 인쇄 뉴스레터다.Winger는 미국의 투표용지 접근법에 관한 전문가다.[1]

역사
