1966-1997

상가용지(19에이커(7.7ha)는 농민으로부터 12만5000달러에 매입돼 1965년 착공됐다.[2][8] 졸린저는 1966년 8월 15일에 쇼핑몰 이전에 문을 열었고, 나머지 쇼핑몰은 1966년 9월 26일에 문을 열었다.[2] 이 쇼핑몰에는 시어스, 위즈 마켓, 울워스, 졸링거스 등 52개 매장이 입점했다.[2][9][10] 1973년 화이트홀 몰이 확장되었고, 1978년 레가 문을 열면서 폐쇄된(파산된) 졸링거의 문을 대체했다.[2][11] 시어스 내부는 1984년에 대대적인 개편을 겪었다.[12] 이 상가는 1985년 군·읍·면·학군 등과 합의해 낮은 세금 평가를 받았다.[13][14]

1987년 상가 뒤편에서 수상한 화재가 발생하여 후에 르의 성벽이 철거되었다.[15] 시어스 인테리어는 1994년 3만5000평방피트(약 3만5000평)의 영업장을 증설하고 이전 2층 사무실을 공간 저장 공간으로 개조하는 또 다른 개편을 겪었다.[16] 1990년 1월 대형 지붕 누수로 인해 여러 상점이 피해를 입었는데, 며칠 후 모든 상점이 다시 문을 열었으며, 4월에는 지붕 교체도 계획되었다.[17][18] 레는 1996년 6월 파산 때문에 문을 닫았고, 1997년 갤러리 퍼니티가 이전 공간을 인수했다.[19] 클로버는 1996년 문을 닫았고, 1997년 4월 후임 콜이 문을 열었다.[4][20]

1998-현재
