토머(Hebrew: תֹממ,, light. '팔름나무')는 요르단강 서안의 모샤브로 조직된 이스라엘의 정착지다.[2]팔레스타인의 마을 파사일 옆 요르단 계곡에 위치하며, 비카트 하야덴 지방 평의회의 관할에 속한다.[2]2019년에는 276명의 인구를 가지고 있었다.
국제사회는 이스라엘의 요르단강 서안 정착촌을 국제법상 불법으로 간주하고 있지만 이스라엘 정부는 이를 반박하고 있다.[3][4][5][6]
역사
ARIJ에 따르면 이스라엘은 토머를 건설하기 위해 팔레스타인 마을 파사일로부터[7] 1049개의 부두를 몰수했다.
마을은 1976년에 세워졌으며,[8] 그 지역에 흔한 나무의 이름을 따서 지어졌다.1978년 3월에 90번 고속도로 근처 현재의 위치로 이동했다.
