Sanchayita chit fund scam
산차이타 치트 펀드 사기사건은 폰지 사기사건의 파탄으로 인한 주요 금융사기였다. 이 사기행각은 1980년에 발굴되었고 인도 웨스트 벵골의 1.31 라크 이상의 사람들에게 영향을 미쳤다. 산차이타 그룹의 두 주요 발기인 샴부 프라사드 무케르지와 스와판 구하가 체포되었다. 샴부 무케르지는 뛰어오르거나 캘커타의 다층 건물에서 밀려서 죽었다(경찰이 그가 자살했다고 주장함에도 불구하고 살인설은 여전히 캘커타에서 지배를 받고 있다. 스와판 구하라는 법원에 의해 파산 선고를 받았다. 제3의 발기인 비하리 랄 무라카도 지하로 들어갔고 그 이후 추적되지 않았다.[1][2][3][4][5][6]
