호혜적 인간기계학습
Reciprocal human machine learning상호 인간 기계 학습(RHML)은 인간과 AI 상호 작용 시스템을 설계하기 위한 학제 간 접근 방식입니다.[1] RHML은 인간과 기계 학습 모델이 서로 학습하도록 함으로써 지속적인 학습을 가능하게 하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 이 접근 방식은 인간 전문가가 기계 학습 성능을 감독 및 향상시키고 동시에 인간 전문가가 계속 학습할 수 있도록 지원하는 "루프(loop)"를 유지합니다.
배경
RHML은 빅데이터 분석 및 인공지능의 증가로 인해 감각 및 의사결정과 같은 지능형 작업이 부상하고 있는 상황에서 등장했습니다.[2] 기계 학습이 더 많은 역할을 담당하기 위해 발전함에 따라, 연구자들은 완전한 자율 시스템이 한계가 있다는 것을 깨달았고 인간의 지도가 필요했습니다.[3][4][5][6]
RHML은 상호 학습을 촉진함으로써 인간-인-더-루프 시스템의 개념을 확장합니다. 인간은 진화하는 기술에 대한 최신 정보를 유지하면서 기계 학습 모델과의 상호 작용에서 학습합니다.[7] 모델은 또한 인간의 피드백과 감독으로부터 학습합니다. 양측의 이러한 학습 증폭은 RHML의 핵심 초점입니다.
