플라티노시스

플라티노스는 백금의 수용성 소금에 대한 노출에 대한 알레르기 반응이다.
플라티노증의 증상은 천식, 피부염, 호흡곤란, 결막정맥류, 코뿔소염 등이 있을 수 있다.
그 증상은 진행적이며, 때때로 나타나는데 몇 달에서 몇 년이 걸린다. 플라티노스는 보통 플래티넘 생산과 관련된 산업에서 일하는 근로자들과 관련이 있다. 효과는 영구적이다.
할로겐노-플라티넘 화합물은 알려진 가장 강력한 호흡기 및 피부 감작 물질 중 하나이므로, 피부를 통한 노출과 오염된 공기를 호흡하는 것을 주의 깊게 제어하는 것이 중요하다.
실제로 백금 감작성을 주로 담당하는 화합물은 일반적으로 수용성, 이온성, 이온성, 헥사클로로플라틴산 암모늄, 테트라클로플라틴산, 헥사클로로플라틴산 등의 화합물이다. 다른 이온 할로겐노 화합물도 감작성 물질로, 알레르기 유발의 순서는 Cl > Br > I이다.
[Pt(NH3)]4Cl2, K2[Pt(NO2)],4 플래티넘 질산염과 같은 시스플라틴과 아민, 니트로 복합체와 같은 중성 화합물은 알레르기를 유발하는 것으로 간주되지 않으며 금속도 마찬가지다.
