클레이턴 홈즈의 기업 본사는 테네시 주 메리빌에 있다.[4] 자회사로는 클레이튼홈빌딩그룹,[5] 클레이튼프로퍼티그룹,[6] 밴더빌트모기지, 21대모기지,[7] 보험회사 홈퍼스트 에이전시가 있다.[8]
역사

2017년 7월 10일, 클레이튼 프로퍼티 그룹은 앨라배마주 버밍햄에 본사를 둔 주택 건설 사업자인 해리스 도일 홈즈의 매입을 발표했다.[46] 제조된 주택으로 유명한 클레이튼 홈스는 2017년 7월 보도된 대로 25만 달러 이하의 부지에 건설된 주택 시장으로 확장하고 있다. 클레이턴 홈즈는 2015년 10월부터 애틀랜타, 내슈빌, 캔자스시티, 덴버, 버밍엄 등에서 홈빌더들을 인수했다.[47] 클레이튼홈즈는 2019년에도 콜로라도 소재 광고회사 메이드와 손잡고 '프리파빌리티' 시리즈를 만들어 자사의 제조된 주택을 홍보하고, 오프사이트 구축 주택이 '저급하고 일률적인 주택'이라는 견해에 맞서 싸우려 했다.[48][49] 2021년 현재 클레이턴홈즈의 자회사인 클레이턴 프로퍼티즈 그룹은 빌더 매거진이 선정한 미국 100대 주택건설업체 리스트에서 총 29억8000만달러의 매출로 8위에 올라 있다.[50]
운영
클레이턴 홈즈는 뷰캐너 홈즈,[51] 캐벌리어 홈즈, 클레이턴 홈즈, 크레스트 홈즈,[52] 자일즈 인더스트리즈,[53] 골든 웨스트 홈즈,[54] 카스텐 컴퍼니,[55] 말린트 홈즈,[56] 노리스 홈즈, 슐트 홈즈, 서던 에너지 홈즈라는 브랜드명으로 주택을 생산한다. 클레이턴 홈즈는 또한 소매 브랜드인 오크우드 [57]홈즈, 트루밸류[58] 홈즈, 루브 홈즈도 소유하고 있다.[59][60] 클레이튼은 2016년 뉴욕에 본사를 둔 가족이 운영하는 [61]G&I홈즈를 인수했다.[62]

클레이튼 홈즈는 2015년 패트리엇 홈 모델을 출시하고 워리어스 퇴역군인 지원단체 호프와 파트너십을 맺었다. 클레이튼 홈 빌딩 그룹은 1월에 이 단체에 33,600달러의 수표를 주었다.[66][67] 희망 포 더 워리어스는 전역의 참전용사들과 함께 9/11 현역의원, 주방위군, 예비역 대원들과 함께 일하고 있다.[68][69] 2016년 5월 클레이튼은 이 단체에 10만 달러 수표를 제시했다.[70]
클레이튼 홈빌딩그룹은 2019년 참전용사들이 미군에서 민간인으로 전환하도록 돕는 워리어스 컴퍼스 스위트 프로그램의 창립 후원사가 됐다. 클레이튼 홈 빌딩 그룹은 이 프로그램을 지원하기 위해 30만 달러를 기부하기로 약속했다.[71]
