밀얀판(키르기스어: Милянфан; Russian: Милянфан; Dungan: Милёнчуан) is a village in the Ysyk-Ata District of the Chuy Region of Kyrgyzstan. 인구는 2021년에 5,271명이었다.[1] 키르기스스탄과 카자흐스탄 국경을 이루는 취이 강의 남쪽 둑 근처에 위치해 있다.
인구의 대부분은 둥건족이다.
The village is the birthplace of Sergeant Mansuz Vanakhun (ru) (Russian: Мансуз Ванахун) (1907–1943), who died heroically during World War II and was awarded, posthumously, the honorary title of Hero of Soviet Union. 그의 집은 박물관으로 보존되어 있으며, 2005년 마을에서 흉상이 공개되었다.[2]
