Lacmalac은 Riverina의 중동부에 있는 시골 마을이다.투무트에서 동쪽으로 약 9km, 고컵에서 남동쪽으로 약 19km 떨어진 곳에 있다.
현재 라크말락과 리틀 리버로 알려진 지역 중 일부는 호주의 수도로 제안된 지역 중 하나였다.투무트 근처 두 곳 중 하나였고, 다른 하나는 투무트 서쪽의 가다라에 있었다.리틀리버-라클라맥 신도시 계획이 결실을 맺었더라면 투무트 철도 노선은 이 지역까지 연장되고 물을 [2][3][4]공급하기 위해 구바라간드라 강에 댐을 건설했을 것이다.
