ᠰᡳᠶᠠᠨ; [Möllendorff: kuwanceng manju beye dasangga siyan) is a Manchu autonomous county of northeastern Hebei province, China, on the banks of the Luan River, bordering Liaoning to the east. 청데 시 관리하에 있으며, 2006년[update] 현재 1,933km2(746평방mi)의 면적에 24만 명의 인구가 거주하고 있다.
