1947년 설립된 국제변호사협회(IBA)는 국제법률가, 변호사협회, 변호사협회 등으로 구성된 변호사협회다.IBA는 현재 8만 명 이상의 개인 변호사와 190개의 변호사 협회와 법률 [1]협회의 회원을 가지고 있다.글로벌 본사는 영국 런던에 있으며, 미국 워싱턴 D.C., 한국 서울,[2] 브라질 상파울루에 지사를 두고 있다.

IBA의 역사

1947년 2월 17일 34개 전국 변호사 협회 대표들이 IBA를 설립하기 위해 뉴욕 시에 모였다.초기 회원은 변호사 협회나 변호사 협회에 한정되어 있었지만, 1970년에 변호사 개인에게 IBA 회원을 개방했습니다.변호사, 변호인, 변호사, 변호사, 사법부, 사내 변호사, 정부 변호사, 학계 및 법대생 등 법조계의 구성원이 IBA의 [3][4]멤버로 구성되어 있다.

IBA의 구조

법률 실무에 관한 규정 및 지침

IBA는 국제법 실무에 관한 코드와 지침을 발행한다.1999년에 채택되어 2010년에 개정된 국제 중재에서의 증거 수집에 관한 IBA 규칙은 국제 상업 [17][18][19]중재 당사자들에 의해 사용되고 있다.

또, IBA는, 「국제 중재에 있어서의 이익의 상충에 관한 IBA 가이드 라인」, 「국제 중재 조항의 기초에 관한 가이드 라인」, 「IBA의 법조인의 행위에 관한 원칙」(2011년)[20]도 공표하고 있다.

IBA 우수 국제 여성 변호사상
