Herefordshire County Council은 1889년 4월 1일부터 1974년 3월 31일까지 Herefordshire의 카운티 의회였다.[1]그것은 Hereford에 있는 Shirehall에 근거지를 두고 있었다.[2]
1888년 지방정부법에 따라 만들어졌고, 이전에 헤어포드 쿼터세션에 의해 행사되었던 많은 권한을 넘겨받았다.[3]

1974년 헤어포드와 우스터 카운티 의회에 의해 대체되었다.[6]
Herefordshire County Council(이후 Herefordshire Council에 의해 채택됨)이 사용한 무기 코트는 1946년까지 허가되지 않았다.[7]
