하인스 블록은 미국 미네소타주 올리비아시티에서 가장 눈에 띄는 상업용 건물이다.1896년 P.W가 소유한 은행과 철물점을 수용하기 위해 지어졌다.하인스.[2] P.W. 하인스는 올리비아의 마을이 헤이스팅스와 다코타 철도의 조사를 받은 직후 첫 상업상점을 열었다하인스는 1889년에 인민은행을 설립했다.[3]: 894–895

건축가인 A.J. 헤들런드는 헤인스를 위해 앤 여왕 스타일의 집을 설계했다.그 집이 디자인된 후, Heins는 Hedlund에게 People Bank를 위한 건물을 디자인하도록 의뢰했다.건물은 1896년에 완공되어 1층에는 은행과 하인스·바이어스 하드웨어 스토어가 입주하였으며, 2층과 3층에는 사무실과 아파트가 입주하였다.아치형 창문 개구부 등 로마네스크 세부사항과 두 개의 짧은 기둥 위에 놓여 있는 로마식 아치형 입구가 있다.[4]
