Forefoot앞발은 발의 앞부분이며, 5개의 중족골, 14개의 지골 및 관련된 연조직 [1][2]구조로 구성되어 있습니다.족저병학에서 흔히 볼 수 있는 부위로 [3]무지외반증, 무지외반증, 모톤신경종 등의 상태에 관여하는 해부학적 영역이다.당뇨병성 신경장애가 있는 샤르코 관절 등 기형이 심한 경우에는 관절형성술로 [4]앞발을 재건할 수 있습니다.
