더피 오크는 앨라배마 주 모바일에 있는 역사적인 남방 라이브 오크다. 약 300년이 된 이곳은 학자들에 의해 이 도시에서 가장 오래된 명소로 여겨진다.[1][2][3][4] 원래는 큰 팔다리의 수로 세븐 시스터즈 오크(Seven Sisters Oak)로 알려져 있었다. 이후 모바일 조지 A의 전 시장으로 이름이 바뀌었다. 근처에 살던 더피.[3]
이 나무는 가슴 높이(CBH)가 30피트 11인치(9.42m), 높이가 48피트(15m), 사지가 126피트(38m)이다.[4] 1977년 국립식목원협회에 의해 인정받았다.[1] 앨라배마 산림위원회는 2003년에 이 나무를 유명하고 역사적인 나무로 인정했다.[3]
