콜슨 케이드 몽고메리(2002년 2월 27일 출생)는 시카고 화이트삭스 조직의 미국 프로야구 유격수다.
아마추어 경력
몽고메리는 인디애나 주 홀랜드에서 자랐고, 인디애나 주 헌팅버그의 사우스리지 고등학교에 다녔으며, 그곳에서 축구, 농구, 야구를 했다.[1][2]퍼듀대, 루이빌대 등 학교에서 주로 농구를 위해 영입된 고교 생활을 시작한 뒤 야구로 무게중심을 옮겼다.[3][4]1학년인 2018년에는 타율 3할8푼7리에 33타점을 기록했다.[5]2학년 때, 그는 농구 코트에서 경기당 평균 21.1점을 받았다.[6]그는 사우스리지 농구 역사상 통산 1,966개의 득점왕이다.[7]3학년 때, 그는 인디애나 대학에서 대학 야구를 하는 것에 전념했다.[8][9]그의 선배 야구 시즌인 2021년에는 7홈런, 23타점, 24도루로 타율 0.333을 기록했고, 사우스리지의 사상 첫 IHSAA 주 우승컵을 이끌었다.[10][11]시즌이 끝난 뒤 노스캐롤라이나주 캐리로 이동하면서 MLB의 사상 첫 드래프트 콤바인에 참여했다.[12]
